Greetings from my studio.

It’s tiny, and I work on my projects here and also teach. I don’t have a pottery wheel, but I do offer a hand-building program that I shape to each student.

I love to give an opportunities to make tableware using hand-building methods and all variations of production without a potter's wheel. Besides dinnerware one can also explore sculpture.

You can come with or without any understanding of ceramics, and even if you’ve never touched clay before.

Or you can also join if you have experience and questions about where to go next.

I don’t work regularly with children, but I sometimes make exceptions.

Occasionally, I make workshops.

But my main focus is on working with each individual, even within a small group.

I’m interested in what brings a person to clay and how the clay behaves in each person’s hands.

As a ceramist I own a studio since 2008.

I've started teaching craft in 2013 and added more contemporary artistic education in 2017.

I work mainly with electric kiln, but also with raku and others alternative ways of firing.

My studio is pets friendly place

REVIEWS

Nastya is a very attentive teacher who maintains a balance between mentorship and the freedom for her students to grow. Some may need a precise curriculum with set achievements, while others simply seek a friendly atmosphere to dance in a circle of muses. In Nastya's studio, I not only created many excellent pieces, wrestled with clay, and experimented with glazes and kilns, but I also met wonderful creative people.

Nastya has instilled in me a lasting love for sculpting, firings, and ceramic adventures. As with any adventure, there were joyful moments, fatigue, disappointments, victories, and self-discovery as well as insights into the world around me. In short, it provided the full experience of feeling alive.

DMITRY ASAFYEV

I have been attending Nastia's studio since April 2019. I started with a friend in the form of individual lessons and then transitioned to a coworking format. The workshop is very cozy and atmospheric, and Nastia offers very flexible learning conditions. The owner herself is very charismatic, ensuring plenty of inspiration and fun! Ceramic classes not only teach self-expression and self-discovery but also patience and acceptance of results and mistakes. Every time I wait for my pieces to come out of the kiln, I feel like a small child—it's pure magic. I highly recommend everyone to try shaping their own self!

I have been doing this for almost six years now. I have shaped countless pieces, but there isn’t a single one at home—they all get given away as gifts. It’s clear that I have talent! However, without proper guidance, I wouldn’t have made it this far. Nastia has an incredible ability to support any idea, help crystallize it, and bring it to life. I really appreciate that there is the opportunity to try different materials and techniques. Anastasia always has a hidden tip or gadget that can turn even a routine project (and those do happen) into an experiment! I highly recommend that all talents come to refine their skills.

NADEZHDA BOGOLYUBSKAYA

Nastia has wonderfully helped me to pursue my goals, guiding me without interfering and offering suggestions at just the right moments. Thanks to her, I was able to quickly and easily master the techniques and successfully overcome the initial steps toward my artistic visions. Nastia is a professional, but beyond that, she is one of the most responsible and responsive people, which is very important for learning. And besides, it’s never boring with her! :)

EKATERINA KOVALENKO

Everything described above remained in Moscow and is now managed by my former student.

I moved to Paris and I'm without my permanent studio now, but I am looking for one.

If you have anything to tell me about this, you can write it in the feedback form.

Thank you.

Projects, made in my craft studio during the years.
